Housing

Peer Support, Inc's housing program supplies peer support, furnished housing, meals and goal setting.  Homes are located on 19th Street and include:

  • 4 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms at Victory Memorial,
  • 1 double, 2 singles at Carriage House, and
  • 1 double, 2 singles at William Manor.
All beds are for adults with mental illness who want to work on their recovery. Each adult is responsible for keeping their own bedroom area clean as well as having a household chore in the shared common areas. They are required to complete their recovery goals each week.  These individualized goals are activities that helps with their recovery. This may include  a job, schooling, volunteering, or resource building or working on Wellness Recovery Plans.

The residents at these locations use the program to build skills and friendships that they will be able to utilize as they move forward to live in recovery in their communities.  80% of these residents who leave our program in good standing, remain stable, without mental health hospitalizations or legal issues for at least 6 months.
